(A) If the person served with a notice or order to remove or repair an unsafe building or structure should fail, within the time stated in the notice or order, to comply with the requirements thereof, the Director of Law shall be advised of all the facts in the case, and shall institute an appropriate action in the courts to compel compliance.
(B) If any person, when ordered by the Fire Chief to vacate an unsafe building or structure, should fail to comply with the order, the County Sheriff’s Department shall be advised of all the facts in the case and it shall be the duty of the County Sheriff’s Department to compel such person to vacate such building or structure.
