§ 33.110 AUTHORITY OF MAYOR TO SET PROGRAM FEES.
   The Mayor is hereby authorized to set individual program fees for Parks and Recreation Department activities within the city. The Mayor may designate this authority to the Director of Public Service or the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation.
