(A) There is hereby established the position of parks maintenance person, for the purpose of assisting the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation in the maintenance of the buildings and grounds of the park system.
(B) Compensation for the parks maintenance person shall be as established from time to time by Council. The parks maintenance person shall perform the duties and meet the qualifications established by the city administration.
