§ 33.105 SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.
   (A)   There is hereby established the position of Superintendent of Parks and Recreation for the purpose of overseeing the implementation and fulfillment of the policies and practices of the Parks and Recreation Department. The Superintendent shall perform the duties and meet the qualifications established by the city administration.
   (B)   Compensation for the Superintendent shall be as established from time to time by Council.
