(A) There is hereby created the position of Storm Water Superintendent within the Storm Water Division of the Department of Public Service for the purpose of managing the repair, maintenance and construction of storm water management systems within the city.
(B) Compensation for the position of Storm Water Superintendent shall be as established from time to time by Council.
(C) The position of Storm Water Superintendent is a classified position under the terms of the civil service rules and regulations.
