There are hereby established four seasonal labor positions for the Department of Public Service to assist the Department in its functions. Any individual hired for these positions shall work for a period not to exceed 90 days from the date of hire. The positions shall be paid at an hourly rate established by Council. Persons employed in the seasonal labor positions shall not receive any employee benefits.
