(A) There are hereby established the positions of laborer, service equipment technician, equipment operator I, equipment operator II and traffic signal/sign technician, for the purpose of assisting the Director of Public Service with the implementation and performance of the policies and services of the Highway Department.
(B) The positions established in division (A) of this section shall perform the duties and meet the qualifications established by the city administration.
(C) Compensation for the positions established in division (A) of this section shall be as established from time to time by Council.
