(A) There is hereby established the position of general maintenance person, for the purpose of assisting the Director of Public Service with the maintenance and service of the buildings and grounds of the city.
(B) Compensation for the general maintenance person shall be as established from time to time by Council. The general maintenance person shall perform the duties and meet the qualifications established by the city administration.
