§ 33.069 DISPATCH MANAGER.
   (A)   The position of Dispatch Manager is hereby established.
   (B)   The position of Dispatch Manager will be added to the listing of nonbargaining positions at pay grade level 9 and the salary range for the position shall be as set forth by Council.
   (C)   The position of Dispatch Manager is a classified position under the terms of the Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
