§ 153.021 COMPLIANCE AND VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   No preliminary plan or zoning approvals shall be issued by the city without full compliance with the terms of these regulations where applicable.
   (B)   Any person or organization who violates § 153.026 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to punishment as provided in § 130.99, and shall be required to restore the riparian setback through a plan approved by the County SWCD.
   (C)   The provisions of this subchapter may be enforced through civil or criminal proceedings brought by the city or county prosecutor on behalf of the city.
