(A) The city shall determine if the existing ditch has sufficient size and depth to accept the proposed pipe. If the ditch cannot meet these criteria, then the city may refuse permission to enclose the ditch.
(B) The city shall issue the necessary permit(s), bond(s) and approved standard installation drawings indicating typical ditch sections and inlet spacings are adequate.
