§ 32.40 ESTABLISHMENT OF POSITION; APPOINTMENT.

(A) There is hereby established the position of Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director is an administrative director position established pursuant to Charter § 6.2. The Human Resources Director will perform the duties and meet the qualifications established set forth in § 32.41.

(B) The Human Resources Director shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of two-thirds of the members of Council.
