§ 131.36 HOURS OF OPERATION FOR PARKS; USE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   (1)   Except as provided below, no person shall enter or remain in Southgate Park, Boettler Park, Green Youth Sports Complex, Kreighbaum Park, East Liberty Park, Springhill Sports Complex, and the Green Skate Plaza, or buildings owned and operated by the city on these properties between the hours of 9:00 p.m. or one-half hour after sunset, whichever is earlier, and sunrise, unless a permit for use during such hours has been issued by the Director of Public Service or his or her designee, or unless the hours of operation have been extended or reduced by the Director or his or her designee and notification of such change is conspicuously posted in the park that is affected by the change of hours.
      (2)   No person shall enter or remain in Greensburg Park or the John Torok Community/Senior Center between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., unless a permit for use during such hours has been issued by the Director of Public Service or his or her designee, or unless the hours of operation have been extended or reduced by the Director of Public Services or his or her designee, and notification of such change is conspicuously posted in the park that is affected by the change of hours.
   (B)   No person shall operate an all-terrain vehicle, snowmobile, or motor vehicle in or on any public park, except on roadways specifically provided for vehicular traffic except as authorized by the city.
   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of criminal trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
