§ 92.20  FIRES.
   No person shall start, maintain, or assist in maintaining a fire in the park, except small fires in grills for cooking purposes or fires in places or designated areas approved for such purpose, without written permit from the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Executive Officer may at his or her discretion prohibit fires or smoking for limited periods at any location or for any purpose when necessary for the protection of park property. All fires shall be put out by the person or persons starting or using the same before leaving the immediate vicinity of the fire.
