§ 113.09 LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF VIDEO GAMING TERMINALS ON PREMISES.

(A) There shall be no more than six video gaming terminals allowed, and permits issued therefor under this chapter, for each licensee at any one location, other than a licensed large truck stop establishment.

(B) There shall be no more than ten video gaming terminals allowed, and permits issued therefor under this chapter, for each licensee at any licensed large truck stop establishment.
