§ 92.05 BURNING OF UNWANTED STRUCTURES, BUILDINGS AND HOUSES PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   Generally. It shall be unlawful for any person to burn unwanted structures, buildings, and houses within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   Exception. The property owner can request the burning of a structure, building or house by members of the Little Wabash Fire Protection District. Upon request of the property owner, the Fire Chief of the Little Wabash Fire Protection District must apply for and obtain a Firefighter’s Training Permit from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
