§ 92.02 BURNING OF AGRICULTURAL WASTE, DOMICILE WASTE, GARBAGE AND REFUSE PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to open burn any agricultural waste, domicile waste, garbage or refuse within the corporate limits of the city, with the exception of landscape waste, as defined herein, or to permit any burning of any such substance.
