§ 51.45 SERVICE UPON DISCRETION.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the city to approve the application or to continue rendering gas service to any property outside the corporate limits of the city, but such service or continued service shall be within the sole discretion of the city from time to time.
