(A) A permit is required for each yard sale and shall be obtained prior to its commencement.
(B) There shall be no charge for the permit.
(C) The following information shall be provided to the city upon the application for a permit:
(1) The name and address of property owner;
(2) The name and address of grantor(s) or sponsor(s) of the sale;
(3) The street address or a description of the sale location;
(4) The contact phone number and/or electronic mail (e-mail) address of the primary operator or sponsor of the sale.
