The event permit is intended to be a temporary permit and is nontransferable. The city may, in his or her discretion, deny such permit for good cause and may revoke any permit granted should any terms and conditions of the permit be violated or should it be determined by the City of Grayson that the applicant made a misrepresentation on its application.
