(A) The Comprehensive Plan dated June, 1981, as prepared by the Planning Commission, created pursuant to KRS Ch. 100, and all subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby adopted, by reference, as the official Comprehensive Plan of the city.
(B) The Comprehensive Plan consists of one hundred six (106) pages and an original of the full plan is available for public inspection at the Municipal Building during normal business hours.
(C) The Comprehensive Plan contains text, with supporting maps and tables. The Comprehensive Plan analyzes the population, economic and housing characteristics, and makes specific recommendations under the headings of land use, housing, transportation, community facilities, recreation, tourism, and historic preservation.
