§ 72.999   PENALTY
   (A)   Any person violating the Kentucky Standards of Safety adopted in § 72.001 shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisoned for not more than sixty (60) days, or both, for each offense, as set forth in KRS 227.990(1).
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 72.100 or 72.101 shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 72.200 through 72.206 shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each day the violation continues to exist shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 72.303 or § 72.308 may be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).
   (E)   Any person violating any provisions of § 72.305 shall become liable civilly to the city for any expense, loss or damage, caused to the city by reason of such violation, including, but not limited to, any cleanup, evacuation, sheltering, administrative, or other expenses, and legal expenses.

   (F)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 72.401 or 72.403, the regulations issued thereunder or any order issued thereunder, or who knowingly induces another, directly or indirectly, to violate the provisions of those sections, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
