§ 71.999   PENALTY
   (A)   Any person who violates the provisions of Article I, or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted by the Building Inspector pursuant to authority granted by this article, or any person who fails to comply with the final order issued pursuant to the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or by imprisonment for not less than one (1) day nor more than thirty (30) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. Conviction under this section shall not preclude proceedings taken pursuant to § 71.050.

   (B)   Any employee of the Mayor who shall make public any information in violation of § 71.109 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year.
   (C)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 71.110(F)(1) and § 71.110(F)(2) shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both.
   (D)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 71.113 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than one (1) year, or both.
