It shall be unlawful to coerce, intimidate, threaten, or interfere with any person in the exercises or enjoyment of or on account of his having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of his having aided or encouraged by any other person in the exercise or enjoyment of, any right granted or protected by §§ 71.102, 71.103, 71.104, or 71.105. This section may be enforced by appropriate civil action.
