§ 71.067   DECISION OF BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
   (A)   Upon and after a hearing by the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals shall issue a written decision sustaining, modifying or withdrawing the Condemnation Notice depending on the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals' findings as to whether the Condemnation Notice, this article and/or other applicable law relating thereto has been complied with. The determination and decision of the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals shall be final and the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals shall, within three (3) days of rendering its written decision, send a copy of the decision to each person or entity that filed the petition for appeals and to the City Code Enforcement Officer and/or Fire Chief.
   (B)   Unless imminent danger exists on the subject property that necessitates immediate action, the City of Grayson shall send, within fourteen (14) days of a final determination after hearing or waiver of hearing by the owner of the offending structure, a copy of the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals' determination to any lien holder of record of the subject property by first-class mail with proof of mailing. The lien holder of record may, within forty-five (45) days from receipt of that notice elect to pay all costs and expenses and incurred by the City of Grayson as provided in herein.
