Upon the filing of a petition for appeal with the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals, the City Code Enforcement Officer and/or the City Fire Chief shall submit to the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals all papers and things constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taken. Upon receiving from the City Code Enforcement Officer and/or the Fire Chief the papers and things constituting the record upon which the action appealed from was taken, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals shall forward a copy of the same to each person and entity that filed the petition for appeal by mailing a copy to the same at the address listed in the petition for appeal.
