The City Code Enforcement Officer and/or City Fire Chief are authorized to enter any structure or premises at reasonable times to inspect for purposes of enforcing this article subject to constitutional restrictions on unreasonable searches and seizures. The City Code Enforcement Officer and/or City Fire Chief shall issue all Condemnation Notices, as provided herein, and undertake other action as necessary to enforce and to ensure compliance with this article.
