§ 70.201   PERMIT CHARGE
   A charge of $20.00 shall be assessed for each electrical permit that shall be paid to the city. The permit shall be issued by the City Code Enforcement Officer, and no inspection shall be performed until and unless a permit is first obtained from the city.
