In the event of non-compliance with the provisions of § 70.101, or any other section pertaining to the construction, alteration, removal, or demolition of any structure within the limits of the city, the Building Inspector and the Fire Inspector shall issue a stop work order and the permit issued pursuant to § 70.101 shall be withdrawn, void, and held for nought and no further construction, repair, or destruction shall be permitted to take place until a permit is reissued or restored.
