§ 68.600 SIGNS AND ADVERTISING

(A) All signage shall be in compliance with any and all existing rules and regulations of the city and the applicable zoning ordinances and restrictions.

(B) It shall be unlawful for a licensee under this chapter to distribute or cause to be distributed any handbills, circulars, or cards as a medium of advertising alcoholic beverages.
