(A) Each licensee holding a city license to sell or dispense package distilled spirits, malt beverages, or wine may sell or dispense package distilled spirits, malt beverages, or wine between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, Monday through Sunday.
(B) Each licensee holding a city license to sell or dispense distilled spirits, malt beverages or wine by the drink may sell or dispense distilled spirits, malt beverages or wine by the drink between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight, Monday through Thursday; and between the hours of 11:00 a.m. Friday and 1:00 a.m. the following Saturday; and between the hours of 11:00 a.m. Saturday and 1:00 a.m. the following Sunday; and on Sunday between the hours of 12:00 p.m. noon and 12:00 a.m. midnight.
(C) Hotels, motels, inns, or restaurants holding a Special Sunday Retail Drink License may sell distilled spirits or wine by the drink on Sundays between the hours of 12:00 p.m. noon and 12:00 midnight.
(D) Each licensee holding a city license to sell distilled spirts, wine or malt beverages by the drink may sell distilled spirts, wine or malt beverages on January 1 between the hours of 12:00 a.m. midnight and 2:00 a.m. Each licensee holding a city license to sell distilled spirits, wine or malt beverages by the drink may sell distilled spirits, wine or malt beverages on March 18 between the hours of 12:00 a.m. midnight and 2:00 a.m.
