Qualifying hotels, motels, inns, or restaurants holding a license to sell alcoholic beverages by the drink for consumption on the premises may also obtain a Special Sunday Retail Drink License authorizing the limited sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink for consumption on the premises on Sundays between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight. The Special Sunday Retail Drink License shall be issued only to those hotels, motels, inns and restaurants authorized to sell alcoholic beverages by the drink for consumption on the premises and to such licensees that apply to the state director of the ABC Board and meet all other legal requirements for obtaining a Special Sunday Retail Drink License.
