§ 66.003   PERMITS
   Every Itinerant Motor Vehicle Dealer and their independent contractors must obtain a permit for the conduct of said business with the city by making application to the City Clerk and pay a two thousand, five hundred dollar ($2,500.00) fee for a permit to conduct said business in the city.
