(A) No license shall be issued by the city for the operation of a public pool room within the corporate limits of the city and the operation of a public pool room in the city is expressly prohibited.
(B) It shall not be a violation of this article to have pool tables at recreational/athletic facilities such as bowling alleys, teen centers, higher educational facilities, and similar premises.
