§ 65.200 DEFINITIONS

   For the purpose of this article, the following definition shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.

   “PUBLIC POOL ROOM.” Any business which is equipped with pool tables, cues, balls, and other paraphernalia for the playing of pool or billiards, a charge being made of players and has no other primary business.
