(A) No flea market shall be operated without first having been licensed upon application through the office of the City Clerk. The license application shall be signed by the owner, manager, or operator of the flea market and shall contain the assurances of compliance with this article.
(B) Cost of the license shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per calendar year, with all such licenses expiring on December 31 of each year, no matter what date during that same year they were issued.
