§ 65.001 DEFINITIONS

   For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.

   "FLEA MARKET." A fixed location on which stalls, booths, or spaces are rented on a day-to- day basis, from which spaces individual sellers shall sell merchandise to customers.
