Upon receipt of the properly executed application, the City Clerk shall, upon receipt of a five dollar ($5.00) license fee, issue a license to the applicant for each day of intended solicitation specifying the date or dates of the solicitation, the streets or intersections at which the solicitation will take place, the maximum number of solicitors to be engaged in soliciting activities at any one time, and the name and address of the organization responsible for the solicitation, including the name of the individual responsible within the organization.
