(A) This chapter is intended to provide for recovery by the City of Grayson Carter County, Kentucky its agencies or agents and within the City of Grayson, of costs incurred in response, incident assessment, control, containment and abatement efforts directly related to hazardous material incidents.
(B) City of Grayson Carter County, Kentucky has the authority to adopt this chapter pursuant to the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
