(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person, firm, or corporation to keep upon or about their premises any horses, mules, cows, chickens, swine, sheep, goats, and pigs within the city limits.
(B) This section shall apply to both the owner of any property or his tenant provided, however, that in the event of the horses, mules, cows, chickens, swine, sheep, goats, and pigs shall belong to a tenant, then the owner must have actual knowledge or notice that horses, mules, cows, chickens, swine, sheep, goats, and pigs are being kept upon the premises before he can be convicted of violating this section.
