§ 41.999   PENALTY
   (A)   Any person determined to have violated any provision of § 41.002 shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor, and punished in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for such a violation. Each day of noncompliance shall be a separate offense. The city may separately seek injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, and the company or person so enjoined shall be liable to the city for all court costs and attorney's fees.

   (B)   Any person who violates the provisions of Article II, or fails to comply with this article or with any of its requirements, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor as the same is punishable by law; and each day the violation shall be permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
