§ 41.105 COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS

Nothing contained in this article shall be deemed to relieve a person from performing all duties required under the Kentucky Underground Facility Damage Prevention Act, KRS 367.4901-367.4917, or other applicable law. The duties imposed by this article shall be deemed separate and additional requirements to that of state law.
