It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to load or unload merchandise from any motor truck or other vehicle upon the streets of the city when the vehicle or any part thereof is outside the parking lines as established by the city, the alley entrances to the buildings on the city streets are hereby designated as proper loading and unloading places for the trucks delivering merchandise.
