§ 40.354   INFREQUENT USE OF MOTOR VEHICLES
   Any non-resident person, firm, partnership, corporation, or association which is subject to the provisions of § 40.351, but who owns other motor vehicles which may be occasionally or infrequently used by the owner in traveling to and from his place of occupation within the city limits, shall not be required to purchase a license sticker but said vehicle shall be required to display a classification sticker. However, if more than one (1) motor vehicle is regularly used by the non-resident persons, firms, partnerships, corporation, or associations, all motor vehicles so used will be subject to the purchase and display of a license sticker.
