For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context indicates or clearly requires a different meaning.
“MOTORCYCLE.” Any two (2) or three (3) wheel vehicle which is motor driven and which is licensed for street use by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Transportation.
“PASSENGER CAR” or “AUTOMOBILE.” Any four (4) wheel motor driven vehicle which is generally recognized as being defined as a car or automobile.
“TRUCK.” Any four (4) wheel motor driven vehicle generally recognized to be designated as a truck, excluding one-half (½) ton pick-ups, three-fourths (3/4) ton pick-ups, and passenger vans.
