§ 33.007   BOND
Should the proposed system(s) require the use or disturbance of any city right-of-way, the applicant shall submit a bond in favor of the city in a form and amount satisfactory to the Superintendent, to assure the complete repair, replacement, and clean up of the right-of-way to as good or better a condition as the same was in prior to its use or disturbance. If the proposed system requires traversing private property, the applicant shall secure a permanent right-of-way easement to the city in form and substance reasonably sufficient as determined by the Superintendent so that the utilities can later be serviced. The easement shall be without expense to the city.
