A service charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be imposed for each check returned to the city dishonored by bank or other financial institution by reason of insufficient funds or no-account, which the check was issued in payment for utilities provided by the city. Should the existing reconnect fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) be increased by policy or ordinance adopted for the Grayson Utilities Commission, then the service charge will increase accordingly to be in an amount at least coinciding with the reconnect fee.
