§ 32.104   SERVICE CHARGE FOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE CALL
   (A)   There is hereby imposed a charge of seven dollars fifty cents ($7.50) if, within the corporate limits, or twelve dollars fifty cents ($12.50), if without the corporate limits of the city, for service runs by city utility employees made upon request of customers of the utility services of gas, where it is determined that the cause of the service run was a matter involving the private individual service of the customer, as opposed to a problem involving the lines, pumps, meters, or other equipment or devices owned and operated by the city.
   (B)   The service charge herein imposed shall not be charged if the service run is made between the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on those Mondays through Fridays which are national holidays or city holidays then in effect as are specified by the personnel policies of the city, or its Utility Department.
