§ 31.303 HAULING OR TRANSPORTING GARBAGE

No garbage or refuse shall be hauled or transported within the city, unless adequately covered, and no liquid shall be permitted to leak onto any public street, alley, or highway. The bed and sides of trucks for hauling shall be of metal construction or lined with metal.
