§ 31.104   TIME OF COLLECTION
   Collection of garbage shall be made at least once a week from private residences for two (2) thirty-five (35) gallon garbage cans or four (4) garbage bags, and shall be collected from other places from time to time as is arranged between the garbage collector and the system user.
